To permanently close your profile:

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Tap the Spark icon on the far left of the navigator bar.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Please note: This action will erase all your matches, photos, chat history, and interactions with other members in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Important: Deleting, uninstalling, or removing the Luna app alone won’t close your account. To fully delete your profile, please ensure you follow the instructions above.

Remember: If you have a paid subscription, please cancel it directly with the App Store or Google Play Store to prevent any auto-renewal charges.

For the security of our community, I cannot allow changing the phone number associated with an existing account. However, I can assist you in deleting your current account so you can start fresh with your updated phone number.
